Auditions with real workload probes
Every board runs a standard set of workload probes before it is trusted with work. What a machine can do is measured on your hardware, in the open.
The conductor platform of the Choiro ecosystem
Choiro auditions your hardware with real workload probes, assigns model shards — Parts — by measured capability, mirrors every shard in the Library so nothing goes dark, and admits listeners in capacity-sized Sections with honest waitlists.
The Conductor
The Conductor coordinates your machines the way a conductor keeps a choir in tune — by listening to what each voice can actually do, then giving it the work that fits.
Every board runs a standard set of workload probes before it is trusted with work. What a machine can do is measured on your hardware, in the open.
The Conductor assigns model shards — Parts — to the machines whose measured capability fits them. Assignment follows the audition, never a claim.
Every Part is mirrored in the Library, so nothing goes dark when a machine steps away. The mirror, not the machine, is the source of continuity.
For listeners
Listeners are admitted the way seats are: a Section holds what it holds, and the waitlist tells the truth about the rest.
Listeners are admitted in capacity-sized Sections. The room never holds more than it can hold, and no one is quietly crowded in.
When a Section is full, the waitlist says so. No overselling, no silent queues — your place is what the record says it is.
Subscription
The subscription model follows the same law as everything else on the Conductor: a plan is structured around what your account holds and does — the Parts your machines carry, the Sections that admit you, the Library that mirrors them.
